Contraindications:
- Hyperkalemia
- Severe renal impairment

Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Hyperkalemia, Dizziness, Hypotension, Renal impairment, Increased creatinine levels, Nausea, Diarrhea, Cough, Fatigue, Rash
Dosing and Administration:
