Contraindications:

- Pregnancy
- Severe renal impairment
- Bilateral renal artery stenosis
Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Very common: Dizziness, Common: Headache, cough, fatigue, hypotension, Uncommon: Rash, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, Rare: Angioedema, renal impairment, hyperkalemia, Very rare: Hepatic failure, pancreatitis
Dosing and Administration:
The usual starting dose is 2.5 mg once daily. Depending on the patient's response, the dose may be increased to a maximum of 10 mg once daily. Dose adjustments may be necessary for patients with renal impairment or those taking diuretics.
