Baralgin M is a non-opioid analgesic and antipyretic that works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, thereby reducing pain and fever.Indications:

Contraindications:

Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Common: Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, Uncommon: Skin rash, urticaria, Rare: Agranulocytosis, anaphylactic shock, Stevens-Johnson syndrome
