Dramina is an antihistamine with antiemetic and anticholinergic properties. It works by blocking the signals to the brain that cause nausea, vomiting, and dizziness.Indications:

Contraindications:

Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Drowsiness, Dry mouth, Blurred vision, Dizziness, Constipation, Urinary retention, Increased intraocular pressure

Adults and children over 12 years: 50-100 mg 1-3 times a day. Children 6-12 years: 25-50 mg 1-3 times a day. The first dose should be taken 30-60 minutes before travel to prevent motion sickness.
