In order of decreasing probability: Weight gain, Drowsiness, Increased appetite, Dizziness, Dry mouth, Constipation, Orthostatic hypotension, Elevated blood sugar levels, Increased cholesterol levels, Extrapyramidal symptoms
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose for schizophrenia is 10 mg per day, administered once daily. For bipolar disorder, the starting dose is also 10 mg per day. Dosage may be adjusted based on clinical response and tolerance, typically ranging from 5 mg to 20 mg per day.
