Trittico is an antidepressant that belongs to the class of serotonin receptor antagonists and reuptake inhibitors (SARIs). It works by modulating the activity of serotonin in the brain, which helps to improve mood and alleviate symptoms of depression.Indications:

Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to trazodone or any of the excipients

Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Drowsiness, Dizziness, Dry mouth, Nausea, Headache, Blurred vision, Fatigue, Orthostatic hypotension, Constipation, Sweating
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose is 150 mg per day, divided into two or three doses. The dose may be increased by 50 mg every 3 to 4 days, depending on the patient's response and tolerance. The maximum recommended dose is 400 mg per day for outpatients and 600 mg per day for inpatients. It is advised to take the medication after meals to reduce the risk of side effects.
