Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to loperamide or any of the excipients
- Acute dysentery, characterized by blood in stools and high fever
- Acute ulcerative colitis
- Bacterial enterocolitis caused by invasive organisms
- Pseudomembranous colitis associated with the use of broad-spectrum antibiotics
- Children under 2 years of age

Dosing and Administration:
For adults, the initial dose is 4 mg (2 tablets), followed by 2 mg (1 tablet) after each loose stool. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 16 mg (8 tablets). For children aged 6-12 years, the dosage should be adjusted according to body weight and under medical supervision.
