Vesigamp is an antimuscarinic agent that works by relaxing the bladder muscles to prevent urgent, frequent, or uncontrolled urination.Indications:
- Overactive bladder with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence
- Urgency

Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to solifenacin or any of the excipients
- Urinary retention
- Severe gastrointestinal condition (including toxic megacolon)
- Uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma
- Myasthenia gravis
Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Dry mouth, Constipation, Nausea, Dyspepsia, Abdominal pain, Blurred vision, Urinary tract infection, Fatigue, Dizziness
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended dose is 5 mg once daily. If needed, the dose may be increased to 10 mg once daily. The tablet should be taken with water and swallowed whole, with or without food.
