Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to tizanidine
- Severe liver impairment
- Concomitant use with ciprofloxacin or fluvoxamine

In order of decreasing probability: Drowsiness, Dizziness, Dry mouth, Fatigue, Weakness, Hypotension, Bradycardia, Liver function test abnormalities
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose is 2 mg up to three times daily. The dose may be increased by 2 to 4 mg at each dose, with 1 to 4 days between increases, until achieving the desired effect. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 36 mg.
