Contraindications:
- Severe bradycardia

Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue, Nausea, Bradycardia, Hypotension, Diarrhea, Constipation, Rash, Dyspnea
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose is 5 mg once daily, with or without food. In patients with renal insufficiency or in the elderly, the initial dose is 2.5 mg per day. The dose may be increased to 10 mg once daily if needed.
