Mioreol®

Mioreol® is an innovative combination of Donepezil and Memantine molecules, which are the basic therapy for dementia associated with Alzheimer's disease. The product is developed and manufactured in Russia by Nova Medica.
Mioreol® should be taken orally once a day at the same time, regardless of food intake.
The recommended starting dose is donepezil 10 mg + memantine 5 mg (one tablet of Mioreol® 10+5 mg).
To reduce the risk of adverse reactions, the initial dose is increased to a maintenance dose by titration at 5 mg / week during the first 3 weeks.
The recommended maintenance dose is donepezil 10 mg + memantine 20 mg (one tablet of Mioreol® 10+20 mg). The maximum daily dose of donepezil is 10 mg, memantine is 20 mg.
